PVP - Can There Be Class Balance?

April 18 2008, 4:50 AM

"I rolled a PVP server… I don’t do arenas."even better, maybe we'll get to see an as-yet-unknown reason why a Paladin of the Silver Hand, headstrong as he might have been, decided to slaughter an entire town even before he was under Frostmourne's corruption " I rather like both of the new pages. I do BG and PVE.Not only should the information be helpful (if sad) to any newbie wondering where they can get that awesome ghost wolf, but the pages were a nice walk down memory lane for this old hunter. PVE on a PVP server is both PVE and PVP… Having said that: BG are very gear and skill dependant.I remember when I made first Tauren Hunter, I was always disappointed that Swoop wasn't an actual bird pet skill, and I was considering a pet crab for my Dwarf Hunter at one point, and would have loved to have a thorny pet to add a bit more damage and threat power for tanking. As a mage – I crit some palys for ¼ to 1/3 of their health.Crabs could probably use some love anyway, as they seem to be competing with the likes of Sporebats and Bears for most neglected pet family. Others I crit for nothing – That’s a gear issue. In the meantime, she's also added a few new pages to the library, namely the Retired Pet page and the "Fake" Pet Skills page. wow powerlevel I’m new to PVP and they are an old hand. The former deals with formerly tamable pets that can no longer be tamed, while the latter deals with pet skills that are present during the newbie hunter taming quests, but not on any permanently tamed pet. They have gear --- I don’t… Skill is harder to find, but generally speaking – Extremely fast kills or incredible defense is a sign of gear. But hopefully the Infinite Dragonflight storyline will be continued in some way -- mucking about in time isn't exactly safe, so there should be good reasons the Bronze Dragonflight sends us back to these past events.

Skill is not putting your self in bad situations or getting out of bad situations.Watching history firsthand is fun and all, but the lore of the Bronze Dragons falls apart completely if they just start opening up theme parks in the past. wow level You need to work as a team – thus most classes are balanced – because we need each other. But anyway, if you're a Hunter, and you haven't checked out Petopia in a while, it's worth a look, there's some pretty cool stuff going on over there. Mages have an edge on warriors, but warlocks have an edge on mages.egarding melee hunters.. In the end it doesn’t matter – cause the mage needs to have a warrior on his side to beat the lock (Or similar – you get the idea…) World PVP however is a totally different story.yes, the thought is laughable to most.Of course, we don't exactly know what's happening in the Stratholme of the past -- maybe the Infinite Dragonflight is causing problems there that we need to stop (or, even better, maybe we'll get to see an as-yet-unknown reason why a Paladin of the Silver Hand, headstrong as he might have been, decided to slaughter an entire town even before he was under Frostmourne's corruption -- maybe there's more to Arthas than we saw in Warcraft III). eve isk Straight forward (I see you, you see me) PVP rarely happens. . Most often it’s a complete ambush, an ambush while you are fighting mobs, or a double team. World PVP is not balanced. wow gold Not even close. As a mage – I can not kill a warlock of +/- 4 levels (Estimate). Simply put – they destroy mages. wow powerleveling I have mentioned (complained) before that their LEVELING SPEC – is a great PVP spec.
Mages must specifically spec PVP to be anywhere competent at it. That’s BS in my opinion.

PVP - Can There Be Class Balance?

April 18 2008, 4:48 AM

Before Arena, was PVP and class balance a large issue."even better, maybe we'll get to see an as-yet-unknown reason why a Paladin of the Silver Hand, headstrong as he might have been, decided to slaughter an entire town even before he was under Frostmourne's corruption " I rather like both of the new pages. Has there always been a class that was considered over powered. Not only should the information be helpful (if sad) to any newbie wondering where they can get that awesome ghost wolf, but the pages were a nice walk down memory lane for this old hunter. When Blizz tried to make it a little less over powered did another seem to take it's place.I remember when I made first Tauren Hunter, I was always disappointed that Swoop wasn't an actual bird pet skill, and I was considering a pet crab for my Dwarf Hunter at one point, and would have loved to have a thorny pet to add a bit more damage and threat power for tanking. What about once Arena had been added.Crabs could probably use some love anyway, as they seem to be competing with the likes of Sporebats and Bears for most neglected pet family. Better or worse. In the meantime, she's also added a few new pages to the library, namely the Retired Pet page and the "Fake" Pet Skills page. wow lvl From a PVE stand point, were there many issues with class balance. The former deals with formerly tamable pets that can no longer be tamed, while the latter deals with pet skills that are present during the newbie hunter taming quests, but not on any permanently tamed pet. Was there a time when a single specific class was considered to be better than all others. But hopefully the Infinite Dragonflight storyline will be continued in some way -- mucking about in time isn't exactly safe, so there should be good reasons the Bronze Dragonflight sends us back to these past events.

I read many of the posts about issues people have with various aspects of the game.Watching history firsthand is fun and all, but the lore of the Bronze Dragons falls apart completely if they just start opening up theme parks in the past. wow power leveling Many stem from PVP but aren't a big deal. But anyway, if you're a Hunter, and you haven't checked out Petopia in a while, it's worth a look, there's some pretty cool stuff going on over there. I have noticed many involve Arena.egarding melee hunters.. Cases where a specific class will not stand much of a chance when fighting against another specific class.yes, the thought is laughable to most.Of course, we don't exactly know what's happening in the Stratholme of the past -- maybe the Infinite Dragonflight is causing problems there that we need to stop (or, even better, maybe we'll get to see an as-yet-unknown reason why a Paladin of the Silver Hand, headstrong as he might have been, decided to slaughter an entire town even before he was under Frostmourne's corruption -- maybe there's more to Arthas than we saw in Warcraft III). Ever quest platinum It looks like the larger the Arena team the less an issue it is. . Other players on the team can fill in for what that one class is lacking. Going over various posts, it looks like there have been situations where X vs Y didn't work at all so maybe blizzard made a change to make it more viable. wow europe The result was X vs Y now works but Y vs Z doesn't work. Another attempt at balance and now X vs Z doesn't work. There are also the side effects that ripple out to the PVE aspect of the game as well. gold in wow A player who was class X that never even did PVP so certainly never fought Y, now finds that something they used to be able to do has been removed or changed and hurt their play.
My examples were overly simplified for making my point but it does leave me to wonder, can there be balance. Players are always adapting.

You want me to do what?

April 18 2008, 4:46 AM

"While traveling through Azeroth, I’ve crossed paths with many people. In the meantime, she's also added a few new pages to the library, namely the Retired Pet page and the "Fake" Pet Skills page. Some have been incredibly kind while others have been incredibly hostile. The former deals with formerly tamable pets that can no longer be tamed, while the latter deals with pet skills that are present during the newbie hunter taming quests, but not on any permanently tamed pet. Don’t even get me started on those murlocs in Swamp of Sorrows. But hopefully the Infinite Dragonflight storyline will be continued in some way -- mucking about in time isn't exactly safe, so there should be good reasons the Bronze Dragonflight sends us back to these past events. Although, I guess I wouldn’t be very friendly if I had to live in a grass hut in such a dreary land. Every single person I meet wants me to prove that I am his or her friend.Watching history firsthand is fun and all, but the lore of the Bronze Dragons falls apart completely if they just start opening up theme parks in the past. They want me to do a multitude of meaningless tasks to affirm that I am worthy of the trinkets they could possibly bestow upon me. "even better, maybe we'll get to see an as-yet-unknown reason why a Paladin of the Silver Hand, headstrong as he might have been, decided to slaughter an entire town even before he was under Frostmourne's corruption " I rather like both of the new pages. wow lvl That is if I can complete the chores they are unable or unwilling to do themselves. Not only should the information be helpful (if sad) to any newbie wondering where they can get that awesome ghost wolf, but the pages were a nice walk down memory lane for this old hunter.

There’s always a catch, isn’t there.I remember when I made first Tauren Hunter, I was always disappointed that Swoop wasn't an actual bird pet skill, and I was considering a pet crab for my Dwarf Hunter at one point, and would have loved to have a thorny pet to add a bit more damage and threat power for tanking. I run from here to there only to turn around and run back to whence I came.Crabs could probably use some love anyway, as they seem to be competing with the likes of Sporebats and Bears for most neglected pet family. level wow I’ve had to kill thousands of their enemies just to prove my loyalty. But anyway, if you're a Hunter, and you haven't checked out Petopia in a while, it's worth a look, there's some pretty cool stuff going on over there. The worst has been bringing severed heads back within my bags. Regarding melee hunters.. Do you have any idea how messy that is.yes, the thought is laughable to most.Of course, we don't exactly know what's happening in the Stratholme of the past -- maybe the Infinite Dragonflight is causing problems there that we need to stop (or, even better, maybe we'll get to see an as-yet-unknown reason why a Paladin of the Silver Hand, headstrong as he might have been, decided to slaughter an entire town even before he was under Frostmourne's corruption -- maybe there's more to Arthas than we saw in Warcraft III). cheap world of warcraft gold But, today, I face the most daunting of quest series. . I am unsure of the sanity of the quest giver. In fact, I fear that his Great Lift doesn’t go all the way to the top if you know what I mean. wow gold Maybe his topknot is so tight that he cannot even think straight. As you can see, I am distraught from what he he has laid before me.
However, I am assured that upon completion, I’ll be exalted with the Sin’Dorei Lineage, an achievement with yet to revealed value. Although he is a highly respected member of the Blood Elf race, I fear his time amongst the Horde has immensely distorted his perceptions of reality. What he asks is not possible for mere mortals. wow gold Yet in order to prove my worth, I must complete these tasks. " "This would be in the rogue forum, but this pertains to daggers in general. We all know daggers are about big crits. Rogues need them and people think that Resilience Killed them.

Arena Tournament second qualifiers date still TBA

April 18 2008, 4:44 AM

"Apparently, there's been confusion as to when the second qualifying rounds for World of Warcraft's arena tournaments will be taking place. In the meantime, she's also added a few new pages to the library, namely the Retired Pet page and the "Fake" Pet Skills page. The matter was brought up specifically by player Kobk, who was speaking for a friend. The former deals with formerly tamable pets that can no longer be tamed, while the latter deals with pet skills that are present during the newbie hunter taming quests, but not on any permanently tamed pet. According to Kobk, there seemed to be conflicts with the dates for the second qualifier, and the date for the tourney's final phase: ""Phase 3 – The Final Phase – Active from May 6, 2008 to May 20, 2008"" When I first saw this I was disoriented, because the live event is June 28th-29th, where the world finals for the 3v3 tournament were supposed to be held. I rather like both of the new pages. So I looked for exact dates on the second round, and found this in the restrictions page. Not only should the information be helpful (if sad) to any newbie wondering where they can get that awesome ghost wolf, but the pages were a nice walk down memory lane for this old hunter. The finals for this tourney ARE supposed to at the WWI correct.I remember when I made first Tauren Hunter, I was always disappointed that Swoop wasn't an actual bird pet skill, and I was considering a pet crab for my Dwarf Hunter at one point, and would have loved to have a thorny pet to add a bit more damage and threat power for tanking. wow powerleveling ""The Second Qualification Round of the Tournament shall commence on June 3, 2008 at approximately 11:00 AM Pacific Standard Time ( 6:00 PM GMT) (subject to 'Server Maintenance' to be performed by Sponsor) and end on July 15, 2008 at 2:00 AM"" So, when are the second qualifiers really going to kick in.Crabs could probably use some love anyway, as they seem to be competing with the likes of Sporebats and Bears for most neglected pet family.

Bornakk passed by the thread to clarify that Blizzard will be releasing exact dates for the WoW arena's Phase Two soon. But anyway, if you're a Hunter, and you haven't checked out Petopia in a while, it's worth a look, there's some pretty cool stuff going on over there. The moderator further notes that they also have yet to make any announcements regarding the time and venue for the regional qualifiers. Regarding melee hunters.. power level What this may mean is that the previous dates that were set by the devs are outdated.yes, the thought is laughable to most.Of course, we don't exactly know what's happening in the Stratholme of the past -- maybe the Infinite Dragonflight is causing problems there that we need to stop (or, even better, maybe we'll get to see an as-yet-unknown reason why a Paladin of the Silver Hand, headstrong as he might have been, decided to slaughter an entire town even before he was under Frostmourne's corruption -- maybe there's more to Arthas than we saw in Warcraft III). We advise the readers to keep checking QJ or Blizzard's Arena Tournament Forums in the event that more information regarding this matter is found. The9, Blizzard to bring Wrath of the Lich King to mainland China This latest expansion is definitely oozing with awesome features.gold wow But hopefully the Infinite Dragonflight storyline will be continued in some way -- mucking about in time isn't exactly safe, so there should be good reasons the Bronze Dragonflight sends us back to these past events. You guys can get to experience the Death Knight, the first Hero class.Watching history firsthand is fun and all, but the lore of the Bronze Dragons falls apart completely if they just start opening up theme parks in the past. wow gold kaufen Aside from this, the level cap has been increased to 80. Furthermore, players will get to take part in epic siege warfare throughout the game. "even better, maybe we'll get to see an as-yet-unknown reason why a Paladin of the Silver Hand, headstrong as he might have been, decided to slaughter an entire town even before he was under Frostmourne's corruption ".
Also, you can fully customize the look of characters with it, as well as venture into new dungeons such as the Utgarde Keep. Having said what's in store in the months ahead, these tidbits of information should make you guys jump for joy. wow power leveling Don't forget to come back to this space for more exciting news and useful updates on the game. Digihedo news:Barbie MP3 Player

April 11 2008, 5:32 AM

"Today MP3PlayerBuying refer some kinds of best MP3 players which suit adults. Adults may like their portables MP3 players in white with matching earbuds, but as Disney has found out kids prefer MP3 players branded with Mickey Mouse ears. This has set off several manufacturers including SanDisk and Tomy to go after the under ten sect as an end around to the iPod's continued dominance. The latest entry is Mattel who is offering a Barbie branded MP3 player. The 512MB MP3 players device will ship in July for $60 and offer an SD expansion slot and rechargeable batteries as part of the package. Accessory packs are also offered for the MP3 players, kits that offer fashion add-ons (Barbie is known for her fashion sense) and exclusive online content. The latter is supported by a new site called BarbieGirls.com, which allows your little girl and her new portable to enjoy a virtual world with virtual money to be earned and spent. I guess long gone are the days when you pull the string in your Barbie doll's back to hear why she has difficulty with math. " "Today we introduce an old style MP3 players .Back in October 2004 we reviewed the SwiMP3, an MP3 player designed for the swimming pool. best mp3 player For those who think this was designed for fatuous homeowners just looking for an unusual toy for the pool think again. The SwiMP3 is for athletes and the health conscious who regularly do laps around the pool, a great way to get in shape, but one that can be monotonous in large doses. In our review we found that the original SwiMp3 did a fine job of relieving that monotony thanks to the use of bone conduction to transmit the music to the brain under all that water. SwiMP3 v2 Nearly three years later Finis has come up with an update to that original water portable MP3 players.

mp4 players The SwiMP3 V2 works the same as V1, but streamlines things a bit by incorporating the player's electronics within the cheekphones themselves. Finis has bumped up the memory, but oddly only to 256MB from the original's 128MB. To be honest, we thought 256MB MP3 players was light back in 2004 when we reviewed the first model. MP3 PLAYER 2GB With flash memory prices significantly down since then it is a little surprising the memory was only boosted to one quarter of a gig. The price has dropped to $199, making this player a must have for any kid on the high school swim team. " "Measuring 3.1 x 2 x 0.7 inches and weighing just 1.3 ounces, the AlienWare CE_IV was that computer makers attempt to follow in the footsteps of the Dell DJ. The unit offered an FM tuner, 3D sound and an SD/MMC slot for expansion. MP3 PLAYER 4GB What was most interesting about the MP3 player is that it offered a matching speaker system as an option that also served to recharge the MP3 player. Reviews on the CE-IV ranged from excellent to so-so, so do your research. Mostly it is here because one overstock shop on eBay is selling factory sealed 1GB MP3 players CE-IVs in a package deal with the sound dock, and is getting between $50 and $80 for the set. The 2008 International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) will see the debut of two all-new Alienware systems including the next generation of ALX desktops and Alienware's most powerful 15.4-inch notebook. Alienware representatives including Bryan DeZayas, Associate Director of Product Marketing, will stage in-depth demonstrations on Alienware MP3 player systems, showcasing the latest in graphics and performance technology. mp3 players Visit Dell's booth or any of our partners for a hands-on experience.
